NOHC is led by Song Chon, a TS/SCI-cleared cloud solutions architect with 26+ years of IT experience across the U.S. Air Force, Army, and Department of Defense — including 6+ years building multi-cloud AWS and Azure solutions for tactical and multi-domain operations (IL2–IL6). He holds industry certifications including CompTIA Security+, Network+, and Linux+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Azure Fundamentals.
Based in Puyallup, Washington, NOHC serves federal and public-sector clients nationwide.
